Rules of Procedure

I. General information

II. Orders
Orders are placed via the website. Placing an order constitutes a sales agreement. The customer is responsible for providing correct data.

III. Order processing
Processing time is determined individually. The seller may refuse an order if it cannot be fulfilled.

IV. Payment and delivery
Payment methods: bank transfer or cash on delivery. Delivery or pickup is arranged individually.

V. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted via email and are processed within 14 days.

VI. Withdrawal from contract
Custom-made products are non-refundable according to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
